The Ministry Memos 55-policy framework is our own, developed from research into these standards. It is designed to cover the Charity Commission's CC3 trustee duties but is not an official Charity Commission framework or endorsed by it.

Your church has a monthly AI allowance, included in the trial and in the plan. You can see how much has been used at any time, and we warn you when it is running low. If it runs out, AI pauses until your next month begins and everything else carries on as normal. You can also top up to carry on straight away.
Within your church, only the people you authorise, such as your safeguarding lead. Safeguarding records are encrypted and kept separate from the rest of your church's data.
No. When you ask for a policy to be analysed, its text is sent to our AI provider only to produce your result. It is not used to train AI models.
